Concrete and rain do not mix, so a stormy forecast can shift your pour date. We always give you a heads-up.

Good to Know Before You Call

We have been pouring concrete around here since 2017, and every new slab comes with an 8-month warranty on cracks larger than 1/8 inch. Those are patched and filled with a concrete repair sealant, and stamped concrete is repaired with an overlay. Before dialing (708) 581-7787, jot down a rough size, what sits there today and what you would rather have. Photos can wait until we visit.

What Happens Next

  1. We chat about the job

Size, what is there now and what you have in mind.

  2. We stop by to measure

Everything listed, cleanup included. No rush to decide.

Common Questions About Getting Started

I got the machine. Is that okay?

Sure. Say who you are, the best number and a sentence on the job. We are probably on a job and will ring you back when we can.

Can you give me a rough price on the phone?

Often, yes, as a ballpark. The written price comes after we measure and see the site.

Do you come out to towns near Blue Island?

We do. Alsip, Crestwood, Midlothian, Evergreen Park, Oak Forest and several more are all regular stops.

What does the crack warranty cover?

Any crack wider than 1/8 inch appearing in the first 8 months. It gets sealed using a concrete repair sealant, or covered with an overlay if the slab is stamped.

Do I need to be there when you measure?

It is nice if you can, so we can chat about layout and finish together. If not, we will go over everything by phone afterward.
