Work starts only after you approve a written price. That written price, with its scope, timing and payment terms, controls the job.

Prices

Ballpark figures given over the phone are estimates only. Your firm price comes in writing after we measure and look over the site.

Hidden conditions uncovered during tear-out, such as soft ground, old debris or large roots, can change the scope. We explain any change and get your approval before doing extra work.

Weather

Pouring concrete depends on suitable weather and ground conditions. Rain, extreme heat or freezing temperatures may push back a pour, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
